Who is Aisha?
I am a speaker, trainer, coach, and a justice advocate.
"Never present a problem without offering a possible solution."
Those were my mother’s words to me and they completely transformed the way I viewed problems and became my personal philosophy. My mother said to me, I don’t even care that it’s a perfect solution, it just has to be a possible solution because I want you to grow up thinking about solutions and not problems.
Those words really helped me to see the world as a leader and a problem solver, and one problem that I felt particularly called to help solve was the problem of injustice.
Due to experiencing injustice growing up, the idea of justice and fairness appealed to me and led me to become an attorney 20 years ago. This career path allowed me to focus on compassion and justice work; which entails advocating for the less privileged in society.
In this season of my life, my desire is to create a lasting impact in the lives of people. When I look at the need around me, it is that of growth and leadership. I have a strong conviction that I’m supposed to help, inspire, and empower people to become effective leaders.
I have been coaching for over 10 years and personal growth and leadership development have always been interwoven into everything I have done. My desire is to come alongside you, identify your goals and deepest values, and then work with you to make meaningful and lasting changes in areas like your health, career, relationships, finances, and spiritual, and emotional well-being.
